Unfortunately with all the talk on this reddit about the dev's essentially being done with this game, it saddens me to think that a "top down minecraft with minions multiplayer experience" isn't going to happen here, unless some amazing modder develops it as a total conversion (fingers crossed).

This game, SCREAMS persistent co-op civ builder and I suspect if it was at all possible, dedicated servers would make this game.

So much so that most of my online friends also picked it up and we have been playing in collectively for a few days now. Stonehearth has been on my wishlist for a long time, during the winter sales I decided to purchase it.
